FAQ's
How can I buy your books?
You can either:
  • order from our online shop, we deliver across the UK and offer a Click & Collect service
  • visit our Doncaster pop-in shop! Opening times vary to accommodate book fairs, deliveries, website orders and childcare, please check on the Pop-In Shop link before you visit
  • order from our Bookshop.org page. This service in an expansion to what we offer and isn't part of our £1, £2, £3 range. Items ordered via Bookshop.org are subject to Customer Service and fulfilment being provided by Bookshop.org, not Boggledybook. We earn affiliate commission on purchases made via our Borg storefront
  • book a visit from our pop up shop, we provide book fairs at schools and events 
  • we also now offer a Virtual Book Fair to local Early Years settings and schools within a 1 hour radius. Find more info here
How can I pay?
Orders on boggledybook.co.uk can be paid for by debit card, credit card or PayPal
At pop-up book fairs and in our shop we accept cash and contactless payments

How much is delivery from your online shop?
P&P is free on all orders over £30 and £3.75 on orders less than £30

Who do you use for delivery?
For most parcels we use Royal Mail

When will I receive my order?
We dispatch all orders within 3 working days unless we're taking a break, when this will be delayed by a few days. Once your parcel is handed over to be delivered the time it takes for you to receive it is subject to Royal Mail lead times

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes! The checkout page asks you to enter the Shipping address, so if you want a parcel to be sent straight to a friend or family member you can. If you're sending a gift and you don't want an invoice to be added to the parcel, please email kerry@boggledybook.co.uk as soon as you've submitted an order with your order number, otherwise an invoice will be added

How do I book you for a school Book Fair?
Either email kerry@boggledybook.co.uk or fill in the Contact Us form to arrange a date 

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
We do! These are available to purchase and spend in our shop only, with values of £5, £10 and £20 available

Do you work for Usborne?
No, Boggledybook is a completely independent book shop so we're not tied to just one publisher. We do often stock some Usborne titles at Boggledybook prices, but being an independent bookseller means we can choose and source the best priced books from multiple publishers to bring you a wider choice at our affordable prices. We work hard with many suppliers to ensure our stock is regularly updated and hand pick every single title we sell

Do you participate in World Book Day? 
Absolutely, we LOVE World Book Day! As a member of the Booksellers Association we are proud to be able to fully participate and promote World Book Day. We buy thousands of World Book Day books to hand out for free at schools throughout the whole of March and also donate many more books to local good causes throughout the year
